Fringe is IN, IN, IN! This HTC purse is made in Italy of the softest taupe suede with darker brown leather handles. Silver studs accent the purse. The purse doubles as a tote. Can be worn as a crossover body purse, or tuck the strap inside and use the handles as a tote. This fringe purse is approximately 11" wide by 9" high.
